The Orb の名作が大ヴォリュームで再発に

アンビエント・テクノの重鎮 The Orb のファースト・アルバム “Adventures Beyond the Ultraworld” が、その発売の１５周年を記念して、スペシャル・エディションとしてリリースされるのでお知らせする。
“Adventures Beyond the Ultraworld” は、’９１年に発売された The Orb のファースト・アルバムであり、アンビエント・テクノの金字塔として今もなお高い支持を得ている不朽の名作。元々２枚組でリリースされた作品であるが、今回は
CD では３枚組、i Tunes からのダウンロードでは４枚組という大ヴォリュームで発売されることになる。気になる収録曲の方は、３枚目には
Steve Hillage、Andrew Weatherall、Jimi Cauty & Dr. Alex Paterson によるリミックスと、イギリスの人気ラジオ番組
John Peel Session でこれまで一番リクエスト数が多かったという 'A Huge Ever Growing Pulsating
Brain That Rules from the Centre of the Ultraworld' のセッションの模様が収録され、４枚目にはイギリスの国営放送
BBC の番組で行われたセッションの様子が収められているとのこと。
日本盤の発売は９月６日を予定している。CD の収録曲は以下の通り。
