James Holden Cheers On The Idiots

No doubt spurred on by the success of friend Nathan Fake’s recent album “Drowning In A Sea Of Love”, Border Community power broker James Holden is set to release his debut artist album.
Ten tracks have been painstakingly prepared by Holden and pressed onto a single disc which has thoughtfully been entitled “The Idiots Are Winning”. The track titles themselves are incredibly interesting, with lovers of durable fabrics everywhere already salivating over track four. However, fans of 90’s band Presidents Of The United States Of America might be slightly disappointed to find that “Lump” is not a PUSA cover song.
“The Idiots Are Winning” will be only the second album release for the Border Community family an assuming this album is the success everyone expects it will be interesting to see who out of the Border Community roster will be next to head into LP territory. The recent release of Petter’s ‘Some Polyphony’ and recent signings Lazy People’s ‘Big City’ have pleased many but only time will tell.
“The Idiots Are Winning” will be released by Border Community on December 4.
