American artist John Tejada is just as busy as ever releasing his new album "Cleaning Sounds Is A Filthy Business". This comes two years after the release of his "Logic Memory Center" which was released on West-Coast label Plug Research. In those two years Tejada was by no means napping, releasing "Back For Basics" with Arian Leviste last year and "We Think As Instruments" alongside Takeshi Nishimoto, as I'm Not A Gun, in April of this year.
“Cleaning Sounds Is A Filthy Business” will be released on Palette Recordings, a label which Tejada started himself in 1996. Over the years the labels has played home to massive Tejada releases including his sought after CD “Backstock” and his very popular ‘Paranoia’ from 2005. One track that didn’t make it onto the label however was arguably Tejada’s most famous piece of work, ‘Sweat (On The Walls)’which was picked up by Steve Bug over at Poker Flat.
“Cleaning Sounds Is A Filthy Business” is out on November 11 and will mark the tenth anniversary year of Palette Recordings.
