The Mythical Return Of !!!

8-man band !!! have recently announced that they will release the follow up to their 2004 underground hit “Louden Up Now”.
The group, which shares bassist Tyler Pope with punk funk duo the DFA’s live project LCD Soundsystem, have headed back into Warp Records studio to record ten new tracks for their second LP release “Myth Takes”.
Back in 2003 !!!’s single ‘Me And Guiliani Down By The School Yard (A True Story)’ launched them into the spotlight after it delighted disco punk kids the world over. As a result their second single ‘Hello? Is This Thing On?’ was released the following year and included a remix from recent Fabriclive contributors Rub n Tug.
“Myth Takes” will be released on Warp in conjunction with Beatink (Japan) on January 24.
