Best DJ Battle in Dubai

The battle for best DJ is set to take place in the quaint town of Dubai. This year's "PALME DJ of the year" sees amateur DJ’s face off against the pros. Starting with three heats, the six finalists will fight for top spot the Dubai International Exhibition center on May 20th to the 22nd.
Every DJ will use the same equipment which include the standard Technics turntables, and everything else supplied by Pioneer. Each ten minute set will be judged on technique, creativity and stage presence. For those DJ’s who like to redline it, points are deducted if the sound is peaked for too long.
The winner will receive a prize pack with all kinds of DJ kit, as well as play at the Global Gathering in the UK (July 27th and 28th). This year's winner could very well be the next superstar DJ.
