T In The Park Festival Slams Jeff Mills
Fresh from the recent release of his "Blue Potential" DVD longtime techno frontrunner Jeff Mills will be one of the acts headlining the Slam Tent at this year's T In The Park which is held on the 8th and 9th of July. The alien obsessed artist will be joined in entertaining the 10,000+ crowd by James Holden, Laurent Garnier, Felix Da Housecat and Detroit techno master Derrick May.
For the past ten years the Scottish festival has played host to the tent which is organized by hometown boys, you guessed it, Slam. The duo will themselves be present and accounted for at the event which will no doubt help promotions for their soon to be released mix CD, "Ekspozicija 04: Stardome".
If you are interested in anything other than electronic music T In The Park offers plenty of non-computer generated sounds. Headlining the main stage over the weekend will be the Strokes, upstarts the Arctic Monkeys, Franz Ferdinand and retiree rockers the Who.
