It seems a while since we celebrated and we know you've all got the taste for chocolate cake. Hunger no longer because September marks fifteen years of a certain South London icon. You guessed it, it's the Ministry of Sound and their using this milestone to continue on their marketing frenzy. Not only will there be a birthday party held during the weekend of the 8th, 9th and 10th at their Elephant & Castle home but MOS are also touting their gig at Space in Ibiza on August 19th as a premature celebratory shindig featuring Mr C and Green Velvet.
But wait, there's more! The fifty most diehard Ministry fans are also being offered the chance to be a part of the upcoming release of the 'Ministry of Sound 15 years' album. Fans of the club/label/radio station/tour operator are being asked to submit their photos and very short stories from some of the most memorable nights they've had thanks to the clubbing brand that recently purchased the Hed Kandi record label. So all those with memories still remaining should pick up their pens and start waxing lyrical about their favourite British super-club.
