Basement Jaxx Get The Itch

Basement Jaxx have a very early Christmas present for the legion of fans they have amassed since they put out their first official release “EP1” back in 1994 on their then rookie label Atlantic Jaxx. It’s a new album from the pair called “Crazy Itch Radio” which contains 14 tracks no doubt designed to bore into your skull and get trapped in the deep recesses of your brain. ‘Hush Boy’ is the first single off the album which already has men, women and children of all ages humming along uncontrollably.
Its been three years since radio friendly Londoners Basement Jaxx’s “Kisk Kash” hit shelves thanks to the major independent label that is XL Recordings. Since then the duo guided us through their beatastic career with tracks like their memorable ‘Red Alert’ and the infectious ‘Where’s Your Head At?’ which were included in the release of the retrospective album “The Singles” as well as a DVD called “The Videos” released for their predominantly MTV generation-aged fans.
Basement Jaxx’s new album “Crazy Itch Radio” is out on September 2.
