Icelandic pop idol Bjork dreams about ditching conventional housing to move into a lighthouse, she revealed this week.
"I've always wanted to live in one," the famously quirky singer admitted. "I will play the organ in it nightly and the waves will send me to sleep." (Metro)
Her dream comes close to matching the alternative reality of one time Prodigy dancer Leeroy Thornhill who several years ago moved into an Essex windmill that locals believe to be haunted.
"I do live in a windmill though it's not haunted," Leeroy told Skrufff last year, "The miller who lived here before died here, he got caught up in the machinery. I've never seen anything though a few weird things have happened," he added.
"There's a good vibe here. The windmill stopped working in the 60s and it was the last working windmill in the area. It doesn't have the sails on it anymore. It's the same windmill that used to be on the BBC test card," said Leeroy.
